Should the Mousse soften, settle, or liquify in transit, let the jar cool (upright) at room temperature, stir if needed, and enjoy! It remains safe and nourishing to apply to your skin - simply use a smaller amount if the product is denser. We apologize but we cannot ship this product internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.
